Instructions to authors

This page gives general instructions on how to prepare a submission for IHM'06. Certain categories may also include specific instructions.

The information requested at the inscription will let the program committee chairs distribute the papers among the reviewers even before having the completed submission.

Conference Publication Format

Submissions must be formatted according to the instructions available in the following documents:

• PDF format : proceedings-ihm06-en.pdf
• DOC format : proceedings-ihm06-en.doc
• RTF format : proceedings-ihm06-en.rtf
• LaTex format : proceedings-ihm06-en.cls and proceedings-ihm06-en.tex

Official Language

French is the conference's official language. However, authors from non-French establishments may submit in English.

Please make sure you submission contains no typographical or grammatical errors.

Submission Procedure

Papers must be submitted through the submission site.

All submissions must be in PDF format (Portable Document Format, see PDF995 for a free Windows PDF virtual printer or PDFLaTeX to generate PDF from a a LaTeX document).

In the long papers, all references to the authors and their affiliations must be hidden, both in the title and in the text itself.
