Exhibitors

The exhibitors will be entitled to an area of approximately 5 m² in a main room opened to the public attending the conference.

Each exhibitor will have at its disposal:

• 1 to 2 tables;
• 1 panel for posters;
• Internet connection and electrical outlet.

The exhibitors will be admitted from Wednesday, April 19 to Friday, April 21 during the conference hours.

The fees for exhibiting on an individual basis are:

• 1 day: 110 € - 150 $CAN per person;
• 2 days: 215 € - 300 $CAN per person;
• 3 days: 250 € -350 $CAN per person;
• Lunch: 18 € - 25 $CAN per person;
• An exhibitor’s kit (bag of the conference with the list of the participants and a CD of the proceedings): 18 € - 25 $CAN;

There is no publication planned for this category of participation. However, half-a page on the website of IHM 2006 will be provided to the exhibitors allowing for a brief description of systems and business.

The places for the exhibiting at the conference are limited.
